I have tried several brands of these protein shakes and this flavour and texture is my favourite by far, strawberry & cream yummy, better than Muller and cheaper, for the same amount of protein, whatever your reason for needing the protein - These help me massively to increase my protein intake when i cannot manage to eat protein. I hope Grenade do a meal replacement version soon! Creamy no nasty chalky after taste, slightly thicker than milk but easy to drink it is sweeter than the others which i liked 7g sugar in 330mls overall 11g of carbs. I think the size is great.
