Cheaper than staples, delivered in 2 days.
One of the best printers I've owned. Super quiet yet extremely fast. Pretty basic to install and set up, I work with two seniors and they didn't have a single problem adjusting as opposed to the previous printers we've had. Simple and right to the point without pointless gadgets.

Easy to set up on network
Easy to set up on network, Especialy like the ability to copy a document to a PDF and a memory stick, Another great feature of this printer is that it holds almost a full ream of paper.

I’ve had this for 3 years
The printer acts up all the time slowing print jobs down. When it works. It’s great. The scanning capabilities were impossible to use and it doesn’t work. No internet or wireless. I would never buy this printer again. I threaten to buy a new one almost every time I use it and then it starts to work again. I would not recommend.

Damaged paper tray
The printer met my expectations with the exception of the paper tray drawer which I had to trade out with the old one from my previous canon printer ... it was fraying the edges of the paper and couldn’t be adjusted or calibrated to spool cleanly. Otherwise the printer works as well as my older version that needed a new fuser. I’m not sure how to claim this on the warranty??

It underperforms in every way. do not buy it.
I hate this printer, truly.spent about an hour trying to change the two-sided default settinghave to unplug it every morning so it will talk to computerany text that isn't black won't scan, so all documents have to be copied first then scanned (wasting paper!!)don't think you can just put legal paper in to print an 8x14 document because you have to change the settings first, then change them backthe document feeder requires that most stacks of paper have to carefully fanned or it pulls more than one page at a time.This is CANON, I paid more thinking I'd get a better product. Should have just gone with the Brother. DO NOT BUY IT!

EFFICIENT PRINTER!
This is my second Canon ImageClass D1520 in 1.5 years; hence, the reason for 4 stars. The first one was bought as open box on Amazon. It worked pretty well!Overall, the printer is most efficient for small business use as it is a 3-in-1 easy-to-use machine. I also like that it holds a whole rim of paper (500) so I don't have to continuously refill. Scanning is quite easy; I have never used the fax.Truthfully, if this one breaks (which I hope it doesn't too soon) I would buy another one unless someone can convince me otherwise.

Great Copier/Printer for any small office
This is a hidden gem in the copier/printer market. I've had previous versions of this model and they run and run and run. The fact that the toner cartridge is also the drum makes it virtually maintenance free.

Nice touchscreen display!
Good quality. Works as expected. Bought to replace an older similar model and this one is far superior to old version. It is faster and has a nice easily navigable touchscreen with bright display.
