Best tennis elbow support I've tried - if you want to lift weights, buy this
Tried a few things so far for my persistent tennis elbow (>3 months). This limits the pain the best imo. It is thicker neoprene material which adds a lot of stability to the elbow and it has a strap for around your forearm which also helps a little. I have another elbow sleeve which is alright, but much thinner and much less supportive. It does limit your range of motion slightly, but that's the price you pay for extra stability.I ordered a size medium and it fits great, though probably not something you want to wear for more than 1-2 hrs cause it is quite tight.Highly recommend if you have tennis elbow.

The sizes are off, so if you have average size arm, go with the XL. Otherwise this sleeve is doing a great job.
