One of my favorite reads!! Although it’s a pretty quick read it’s well worth it! Very enlightening and gets to the point.

I just got this book and it has given me such insight on things i never thought about so far a my emotions and how they tie into my healing. One thing she says in this book is "Emotions should not control you- you control them."
