Q: Does this ion moisture solutions shampoo weigh fine hair down?

I doubt it. The reason I say that is because I did not find it to be very moisturizing, at all. I have very coarse hair that does what it wants, and I was not impressed when they changed the formula. It did not work well to tame my hair. It's definitely not moisturizing like the old formula. I hope this helped.
