This is a very nice book, providing guidance and instructions and inspiration, to enable you to create your very own realistic looking needle felted cats. This book is great for confident beginner needle felters to intermediate needle felters. Great inspiration for your own creativity. Good instructions, with color pictures a little larger than in that other nice book, Needle Felted Kittens by Hinali. . Housetsu Sato's book is worth the money, and worth the space on your bookshelf. I am glad that I now have it.

I pre-ordered this book many months before it came out and it was worth waiting for. His instructions for the kitten's face is worth the price of the book. I'm pretty good at needlefelting dogs, but cat faces are more difficult. Great tips on tools and bodies, too. I would say this book is better for a fairly experienced needle felter, not a person that is just beginning. An excellent addition to my library, one of my favorites!

This is for my granddaughter but I may try some of the projects before I give it to her. The instructions look very clear and come with good photographs of each step. I'm looking forward to trying out a project.

I bought this book as I wanted to have a go at making some lifelike cats and I wasn't disappointed. The projects are great and there is no wire armature involved. I have already made a cat head from the book and was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out, as cats faces are not easy to get right.If you love needle felting and cats then this book is for you! I would highly recommend it.
