Worth it for a non-keeper.
For the price, it's hard to pick these things apart. They look very nice installed. I put these on a vintage Hondo that had weird old tuners on it. They were very easy to install. The bushings were loose, but that may just be my guitar. I used a little 1/8 pinstripe tape around them for a tighter fit. The tuners feel stiff overall. 5 out 6 of mine tune just fine. One of them has some slop, where you turn a quarter turn before anything seems to happen.I like to build and refurbish guitars. These are a great option if you either need new tuners, or are going for a specific look and want to keep the overall build cost down. I would not use these on a guitar that you consider a "keeper" or worth over $150. At that point, spring for something better in the $20-30 range.UPDATE: The one faulty tuner got worse after a week or two of playing. You'd have to turn a full turn before the peg tightened or loosened. The rest functioned perfectly and held a tune very well. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they sent me a full replacement set at no charge. So, while it was a pain to swap the tuner and restring, I now have 5 spares. Due to the excellent customer service, I've changed my star rating from 3 to 4, because you can safely take a chance on these.

I can say that I am pleased with the look
I purchased these Tulip Button Machine Head Tuners for my Cigar Box Guitar. I only used three, since the CBG was made for three strings only. I will save the other tuners for later. The tuners tune up quickly and hold their position very well. I could have bought more expensive tuners elsewhere but these tuners have met my expectations and have no regrets in buying them. All the hardware was present and installation required minor effort to install. I can say that I am pleased with the look , the fit, and overall quality . A big Thanks to the manufacture of these nice tuners!!!!!!

Work well, look really cheap though.
The plastic knobs remind me of my old army I played with as a kid, lol. Cheap green plastic. I put them in a 4 string CBG and they work pretty well. They stay in tune. The little chrome trim rings look nice. They're worth what I paid for them.

Good inexpensive replacement.
Good price. Fit my Epiphone LP Special with minimal drilling. 100% better than what was on there. Holds tune now.

Fit Epiphone trapezoid style tuners, no drilling
Drop right in on an Epiphone junior SG, no reaming the holes bigger .They definitely hold tune better than the stock tuners. I would recommend this product for sure.

Nice buy with some minor drawbacks
Those are nice Kluson style machine heads. The plastic part is a little darker than expected but is not a big deal. Keep in mind that they are not fitting if you have Grover style machine heads already installed.

Color way off, but quality internals.
I was a little upset when they came in due to the color, they are a solid color and closer to grey than green.. with that being said, the price is right, it shipped super fast, and they’re actually tight and seem like the machines are of a high quality.
