recently purchased the Aksoy Premium Quality Dry Chickpeas XL Size (12mm) in a 1KG package, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality. As an avid home cook, I love experimenting with different recipes and recently tried making homemade hummus using these chickpeas. The results were phenomenal!The chickpeas were of excellent quality, with a perfect size and texture. They cooked evenly and easily, becoming tender and soft in no time. The flavor was rich and nutty, exactly what I look for in chickpeas. I was able to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency for my hummus, thanks to these high-quality chickpeas.What I particularly appreciate about this product is the generous 1KG package size. It will undoubtedly last me for ages, allowing me to make countless batches of hummus or experiment with other chickpea-based dishes. The value for money is exceptional, and I can confidently say that I will be purchasing this product again in the future.

A high grade product. It is delicious.Have been using this product for last few years and have no complaints at all.

Large chickpeas of very high quality. Immerse in warm water and leave to soak overnight. Next day bring to boil in plenty of water and simmer for about 90 minutes to two hours. Cool in cold water, remove with slotted spoon, inspect and remove any discoloured peas if any ( usually I don't find any with this brand ! ). I coat them in a small amount of olive oil before storing for a week or two at the back of the fridge. Fabulous flavour - by far the best I have found. I eat them at least three times a week

I bought these for some sensory play for my toddler! I colour them using food colouring!
