Very Authentic and Fresh
Galanga is hard to find fresh where we live, so this was a must for authentic Thai dishes. Product was very fresh! Since I am a home chef, I did t actually need this quantity and about 3/4 of the product went bad before I was able to use it all which was a bummer. I might suggest selling by very small quantities. Otherwise, this product yielded the best Thai curries I have ever had!
