Amazingly light... drys fast!!!

I am a professional hair stylist of 20+ years and I thought this was magical. In the past 2 years the company has replaced it 3 times. Once for going completely dead and twice for only blowing cold (dead heating mechanism). My most recent went yesterday (blowing cold). I love the weight (so light) and the power of it but they need to get the kinks out. I won’t even bother with warranty this time as it’s so frustrating. Varis-get the kinks out

I am a hairstylist of 36 years. The dryer is beautiful, light weight and fast drying. I love the extra long cord! I bought 2 dryers and in the past year and both dryers were replaced twice! Two of them stopped blowing hot air, one just randomly died and one stopped running on high after 2 hours of use. Apparently they have an issue that they haven’t addressed. Please fix it!
