Kew: The Watercolour A to Z of Trees and Foliage: An Illustrated Directory of Techniques for Painting 24 Trees

Completed Renditions of Trees, Wordy, Lacks Demonstration Tech.
Advertising calling this Bible of Watercolour is misnomer. Great for appreciating Artists own work but technique info is sketchy, no staging of building up layers to finished copy. Experienced Watercolourists may enjoy comparisons. Expensive Book to read rather than follow - Collection not Tutorial.

Not as good as the companion volume.
I found this slightly disappointing and lacking in content by comparison with the companion volume on flowers. Whilst I realise that Kew is famous for showcasing botanical specimens from around the globe, I do think that I would prefer for this book to have included more of our native tree species. A little more detail on painting leaves would also have been beneficial.
