Legends M3 Grease Gun .177 Caliber BB Gun Air Rifle

i was looking for a fully auto bb gum to play with and i happen to love ww2 artifacts so this really caught my attention. it's a really great nod to the original grease gun. a very close replica. if you want something you can add scopes or dots to then this isnt your toy. its solidly built and feels much like the real thing. there only a few differences between this and a true replica of a grease gun. its a great conversation piece and lots of fun when ppl realize its modified to shoot steel bbs at a ridiculously fast rate of fire. and with reasonable accuracy too. tons of fun and worth every dime. The co2 ad bbs are all contained in the magazines so you can buy more mags and be able to reload without needing to add more co2 cartridges. The only drawback i can find is that you have to buy their brand of co2 cartridges or its hard to puncture both for some reason. it understandably takes 2 at a time btw but you can reload the magazine a couple of times for each pair of cartridges. great gift idea for anyone who collects ww2 memorabilia.

This thing is built solid! I was surprised how heavy it was. Worked perfectly and is a lot of fun to shoot!

as others have said, this thing is Rock solid.. I haven't messed with an air rifle and probably four decades but we have this thing up and running in 5 minutes. we ordered the recommended CO2 cartridges along with it as well as the stainless steel BB's and silicone oil ... everything arrived together.. set up was a snap. there's been some great feedback in previous reviews concerning the installation of the CO2 cartridges .. I took care not to over tighten the hex screw as others have mentioned even though I didn't hear any of the gas escaping when I thought I should.. nevertheless I trusted the assembly and yes it was ready to go.. we've put about 100 rounds through it so far without any issues... this is a conversation piece as well as a fully functioning air rifle with some knock to it. if you're a kid at heart this is highly recommended! one other thing to note: we looked at some other high quality rifles that are replicas of some of the modern assault rifles out there.. those weapons are not available to be shipped to California. I assumed it was because they possessed full auto functionality also but this weapon does also and we were able to get it no problem.. not sure what the restrictions are on the other weapons. the other reason we ordered this piece was because of its high ratings.. that was a big part of it and after operating it today, I am another happy customer

first things first, this gun wasn't what i consider "new". it came in a retail box with one of those formed cardboard pieces to hold it securely. the seal on the box had been cut and the side flap where the UPC code would be had been crudely removed, as in just ripped of, along with a strip of the box top. the gun itself doesn't have any scratches or nicks but looked like it had been handled a lot. there was lubrication in a couple areas that made me think it had either never been shot or was a refurbished unit. i guess that's acceptable if everything works as it should, but i would rather have not paid full price for it. now the good. the gun looks like the real thing and feels like the real thing. it is quite heavy and the all metal build quality is great. it seems to shoot like it should. it cycles much slower than my Steel Storm did, more of a true machine-gun ratatatatat instead of the brrrrrt! i'm going to be watching closely for any malfunctions or performance degradation and will update this review if i end up having to return it. this is based solely off my feeling that this wasn't brand new from the factory.

A lot heavier than I thought it'd be but its really accurate and fun to shoot BTW if you're having problems with only 1 co2 puncturing put 2 dimes in between the 2 co2s it works

I thought it was broken but it was just the insanely hard trigger. Need to press hard and I use two washers to separate the cartridges. Also thought it was broken on this strange find. Actually, after reading, I expected it. Now I have this figured out, I am extremely pleased. Its not too practical but for mowing down cans, it is amazing. I tell people to get one cause of the unusually high quality. The single shot feature seems more like three shot but I havent' shot it much.

Haven't fired it yet but just the way it feels in the hand and the way it looks is amazing. Looks almost like the real thing, great attention to detail. Made in Taiwan. In my opinion "Made in Taiwan" quality surpasses stuff made in China.
