So many years ago, I received this plate as a gift from my friend. I love it, so I purchased 2 plates this time. You may see from the picture that the old one and the new have no difference. The quality is very good. And it is microwave safe. Strongly recommended.

Poor packaging, either manufacturing flaw, or damage.
This bowl was very poorly packaged. It was not in original Lenox packaging, just a little piece of foam and a little piece of brown packing paper in an Amazon box. I’m surprised it wasn’t broken. The bowl has a significant flaw on the edge. It’s a lumpy area that is missing glaze. I think it’s, mostly likely, a manufacturing flaw, but could be damage. I ordered a replacement, hopefully it arrives in perfect condition.

Nice dish, poor packaging
The bowl is beautiful and will be a great addition to my other Lenox pieces. The packaging on the other hand was terrible. The dish was loose, just in a bubble wrap sleeve in a box along with other things I had ordered from Amazon. One of the other pieces in the box was a caste iron towel holder, which, since there was no filler of any sort could easily have broken the dish.
