This shredder cuts daikon and carrots the perfect size for salads and pickles. I would recommend that the producer sell it along with some sturdy kitchen gloves; it is very dangerous to use the shredder without protection for hands. A pair of cut-proof kitchen gloves is very nearly required to take full advantage of this excellent shredder.

This shredder doesn’t do it job. It was supposed to produce carrots shredded n thin rolls. Shredded not even close to that shape. I am disappointed.
