Can you taste the honey in it?

It’s not very noticeable to me. I don’t like the taste of honey alone, it’s definitely not too strong or I couldn’t use it lol

Does this product work for stopping the mouth clicks that can come from "Dry mouth"?

I don't really know about "mouth clicks" but I can testify that this really relaxed my throat, while soothing it and making singing much less strenuous. I wholly recommend this product and I really enjoyed trying various flavors. Shared it with other members of my choir and they loved it too.

how long does it is effective?

I'm a TV news anchor.... it gets me through a 30 minute newscast.
