Love it!
I recently replaced my standard pin based master link to this quick release link. Love it. Prior to this I would clean my chain while on the bike with a cleaning tool I bought on Amazon. Now I can remove the chain entirely and let it soak in cleaner. I did this when I installed the quick release link and my chain is so much cleaner. Re-lubed it afterwards and shifts improved. I have had a couple of rides since and the link is holding just fine. I removed the chain again to see how easy it was and was able to remove it without any tools, just pushing the link ends together with your hands is all it takes. Being able to remove the chain easily will come in handy for future maintenance. Great purchase.

Easy to use, works well
I've switched to lubing my chains in a hot paraffin bath, and these links allow me to easily and quickly remove and replace the chain. Nice to have the pliers, but a piece of brake cable will release them easily, and having the link in the top chain run and stepping on the pedal locks them as well. You do need to squeeze the plates together with your fingers while locking them. No problems after multiple uses so far.

Can be undone by hand, but consider a tool
After a bit of practice you can get them undone fairly quick, especially if you wax instead of oil. Consider just buying the bicycle master link removal tool and skip any hassles

Always carry a spare "quick link" when you travel.
I have used these before, and needed a few spares. They look like genuine OEM pieces. They come in OEM packaging. I believe they are the real deal...
