Q: Are these for adults only or will they fit youth?

These goggles are designed for adults but will usually fit anyone around the ages of 12 and up comfortably.

Q: Four[4] hours after leaving the pool and still rings around my eyes..how do i adjust the straps?..thks

Just loosen it by pulling the straps back towards the goggle.

Q: Can they be used outdoors?

I don't see why not. I used them in the indoor pool. They are normal smoke lens. The quality is just averse. Better make out there. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Q: Nowhere do I see mention of lenses having anti-fog coating. Are these anti-fog?

No anti-fog coating but no complaints from my son who trains with them daily. I wouldn’t use them for competitive swim meets or long distance swims.
