BD packing - the product doesn’t release out when pressed
Not value for money as can’t use this product ! Neither can open the mouth of the cap and use as no allowance of cream to take out too … Derma needs to work on the packaging of the product and needs to grab the faith of the consumers .. I called the company directly also they said your time limit fir return is over and you deal with Amazon itself .. Amazon Excutive told me talk to the company as I under your concern and unable to return as I m late and date is crossed already ..I ordered 7 products of derma and will anyone use Severn products at one go within 20 to 25 days for one’s face ? I opened the product fees days back and got the default of the cream not realizing out for use .. how would one get to know the packaging is a default .. as I believed and trusted in the advertisement.. this would never happen with well known products in the markets as they are more organized and give the good packaging ..Derma lost my faith of not giving back good feedback and i to reorder the products again !You lost one customer but it would end up to many more .. can you imagine for one product Derma feedback killed all the rest 6 products alongside ?

This 30gm cream comes in a neat pump packaging. This cream is for people who are suffering from blemishes on skin or pigmentation or uneven skintone. It contains kojic acid which works on dark spots and scars. The vit C helps to brighten the skin and works on pigmentation. The glycolic acid helps to exfoliate skin.Use this cream after a serum and then use a moisturiser after this product. Also use this cream only during night. If you are new to acids, start slow by using this only 1 a week and see how it reacts. After using this cream on alternative nights for three weeks, I have seen a good improvement in skin texture.Overall it's a good product which treats multiple skin problems.
