Is it Blue Magic?
The media could not be loaded. I found out about Palo Azul on social media and decided to give it a try. I have a lot of swelling in my feet after sitting hours at my desk for work everyday. I've only been drinking this for one week and I already see a difference with the swelling in my legs it's definitely decreased. At first the blue color really freaked me out a little bit but then I thought maybe it's magic potion it's certainly is pretty LOL. I don't know a whole lot about the product I've tried to do my own research and I've come up with all kinds of different health benefits that Palo Azul is good for. Unfortunately this company does not provide any instructions whatsoever on use or brewing which is kinda suspect. The product description says that it comes in the bottle and it's clearly in a resealable bag then somewhere in the details the company has included that this product has "high caffeine" and that's totally false because I am super sensitive to caffeine and I sleep like a baby after drinking this tea at night. Everything I've read online days there's no caffeine in Palo azul. It's a little bit suspect that the details in the descriptions are kind of off which makes me question whether the company knows what they're selling. Luckily I have done plenty of research to know how to use the product. I boil a few pieces in the pot with about 80 oz of water for 30 minutes. Some people say to steep it overnight and don't boil but I've tried that but it did not yield the same potency. It really has no flavor to me it's like just drinking water but perhaps I'm just not making it strong enough I don't know. However it works the way that I am currently Brewing the tea as I see the results of it.

Good but overpriced - For those who didn't get "blue" tea, please read.
I've been using Palo Azul for years. My mom has been making this tea for my dad even longer. It is a common tea in our culture. I will say, that, when I started making it myself, my water never looked blue like my mom's. Figured out that it was because I was using bottled or filtered water and she was using water straight from the tap. Same thing happened when I made this tea for the first time. I used filtered water and it came out brown, but it tasted and smelled like Palo Azul, so I wasn't worried. I just made it again using regular tap water and it's blue. For those who don't know how long to boil, depending on how much you are making 20 mins but sometimes I leave it for an hour if I'm making a large pot. Just look for dark brown water. It looks blue in the light. I usually use one piece of the wood for a couple of quarts of water. It is Palo Azul, but it's a little overpriced. locally, I'm used to paying $2 per ounce, but since the pandemic, haven't found it under $4 an ounce. Go to hispanic grocery stores or meat markets, they are often there in the spice sections.

Excellent Seller/Customer Service!
First, I just want to mention how excellent Solo Therapy’s customer service is!!I had an issue with my initial shipment. It wasn’t their fault, of course, it was USPS’. They delivered my package to the wrong mailbox. I contacted Solo Therapy in hopes of getting a replacement sent out. They responded within minutes and agreed to send out another. I received the tracking number the same day!Second one arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong mailbox YET again. Whoever was the one receiving my packages actually came forward with one of the two and left it at my door. Not sure what happened with the other, though. But, I’m just happy that I got one at least. Now onto the tea itself. It’s just as I expected. The colors are absolutely beautiful in person! After boiling two pieces for an hour, I let it sit for another half hour or so covered, and it turned into the picture I’ve attached. I’m definitely going to have to get used to the taste, but I’ve enjoyed it so far either way. Great quality, price and customer service.Thank you very much!

Great taste and must make with alkaline water
The media could not be loaded. The tea does not turn blue until you make with alkali water or add a few sprinkles of baking soda. Taste great. It’s an enjoyable taste. Not bad at all. Take in the am and pm for better results.

Kidney Stones
Was in the ER for a 4mm kidney stone in terrible pain. Eventually followed up with a urologist who reviewed my 24hr urine test which diagnosed me with high calcium oxalate. Wanted to put me on prescription pills but I refused and took the suggestion to follow the oxalate diet, supplements ( fish oil) and drink alot of water. Had to take another urine test in 6 months. Did some research and found out about Palo Azul . Been drinking this for 6 months and my urine test came back in the normal range for calcium oxalate. So not sure if it was the fish oil supplements or this Kidney Wood product or combination but really happy about my results and not having to take any prescription pills. These wood barks has no flavor but mild woodsy taste which I love . After I boil it, I let it cool and store in my fridge because I like to drink it cold. Will be drinking this all the time. I don’t want another kidney stone episode!Directions: There is no direction how to make the tea. Common sense is use one or two barks in a small pot , add enough water to fill the pot and let it boil slowly. The water will turn brown. Once you transfer to a glass then you will see the blue hue.
