Use this instead of raw eggs!
The idea of putting a raw egg into one of my cocktails always made me squeamish. Aquafaba, the liquid from canned chickpeas, works as a substitute, but hard to keep around. This item is a great solution! When you want to get a bit of foam in a cocktail, use it instead of raw eggs, and you don't have to worry about salmonella!

product info
could not read the label because the print was too small - looked it up on-line and all the reviews clearly said "refrigerate after opening" no mention of that on the bottle.

Works well as egg whites substitute
It takes quite a bit of shaking. But definitely safer than raw egg whites for those hours and other foamy cocktails

So easy to use!
I love this product. So easy to use and doesn't impart any taste whatsoever into your cocktail. So much easier and better than using an egg white or aquafaba. Every home bar should have this product.

Does create foam, but not a sub for egg white
It does what it does, it creates a foam in shaken cocktails, but that's it.The only application for this is if you just want to create a foamy look, or if you want to improve the foam created by something else in the drink.Pic is when I used it for a whisky sour. Normally I'd make this with egg white, today I added it as the only foaming agent, no egg. As you can see, there is foam, but it's not great. When I try to add drops of angostura bitter to garnish, the foam dissipated away. The foam by itself is also not a good looking one given by egg white; it's blotchy, does not look natural at all. When you use egg white, it also gives the drink a luscious texture when drank. This can't do that. It's interesting, but I'll stick with egg white. If you want a vegan option, just go with aqua-faba (chickpea water)

Smells and tastes bad
I love fee brothers so it pains me to write this review but this is a 0/5 in my book. First of all it doesn’t really work. I tried on several cocktails today, dry shaken and with ice. But the worst part is it adds a smell (and taste) almost like melted plastic. I was really excited to try a new alternative to aquafaba or egg whites but this sadly is not it. Do not waste your money.
