Works well/quickly
I have been taking this supplement for a week and a half now to help with my hormonal imbalance (PMDD), within a week of taking it I experienced an almost complete reduction in symptoms. It does taste/smell like mothballs, but taken with water it is not terrible and the taste goes away within 30 secs. I did experience headaches initially, which I read is normal as you detox. I upped my water intake to help better flush everything out as I detoxed and it did help. My PMDD symptoms are severe (namely the depression/anxiety/brain fog) and this supplement has changed my life in a huge way, very quickly. I highly recommend for anyone with similar struggles.

Absolutely the best brand!!
These smell horrible but are amazing. The stronger the smell the more potent the vitamin is. It is suppose to smell like that. I was dx with endometriosis stage 4 and had A hysterectomy and kept one ovary. My hormonal doctor advised me to get on this to prevent estrogen. I noticed a significant difference when I started using this product. I have tried other products and this is the only product that seems to work for me. It is amazing and awesome highly recommend I take to 200 mg. I am a small framed woman and my doctor told me to take 400 mg.

It really works!
My naturopath recommended this for my estrogen dominance. I was cautiously optimistic. I've been taking it for a week, and I already see changes in my body. My breasts were previously so dense with cysts, they hurt constantly, and were 2 sizes larger than my bras. I couldn't even wear much of my clothes, they were so swollen. Now, just a week later, they are back to being their normal size, no pain, and no lumps or cysts. This is how I KNOW it's working!! I also started watching my diet and exercising a bit more, and I have lost 7 pounds in 11 days. Is it related to the i3c? Could be, as I haven't been able to lose weight this quickly in years. More than losing weight, I've already lost an inch around my waist, and I can tell the body bloat I had been holding onto is going away. I definitely credit the i3c with helping metabolize all the extra estrogen floating around my perimenopausal body, and highly recommend for any person who is medically diagnosed with estrogen dominance.

Abnormal Pap/Dysplasia
After an abnormal pap smear during my annual exam, I got a colposcopy and was diagnosed with CIN II. While this is a fairly common diagnosis, I was very scared by this news. My gyno told me that I need to get the leep procedure done ASAP.After the initial shock, I consulted some doctor friends and they recommended that I take the observation route for 2 years (given my age of 27) with paps every 6 months, and go through with the leep if the dysplasia persists or advances to CIN III. This option seemed more reasonable to me.Not wanting to stay idle, I did a lot of research into how I could support the regression of this thing. My main takeaway was that I needed to eat right, exercise, and reduce stress, all of which I was doing casually but decided to put intentionality behind. I also found some support for these supplements, which I started taking immediately and religiously in addition to my normal magnesium supplement.Solgar Folate 1,333 mcgSolgar SeleniumThorne Indole-3-CarbinolFor the most part, I didn’t feel much difference aside from some interaction from the indole-3 with my birth control pill (caused some spotting), but I continued to take them every morning.I scheduled a colposcopy for 6 months after my diagnosis (with a new gyno since I was annoyed with the old one for not suggesting the observation option and jumping straight to leep). This new gyno (at a very reputable clinic) performed the colposcopy and agreed that it made sense for me take the observation route and laid out a plan for how we’d monitor it for the next 1.5 years.A week later, he called and said the colposcopy results were in and that the CIN had regressed completely in the 6 months since my diagnosis! I had CIN nada!! The joy!!!SO while this could have VERY LIKELY happened on its own with no work on my part, I wanted to share the supplements I took *just* in case they helped a little. I know this can be scary and the info online can be confusing, but you’re not alone girl! Good luck and stay positive.

Dr suggested to help clear HPV. Last check-up was negative. Yahoo! I do not have any idea why it helped. It does have the smell and taste of moth balls which accounts for the 4 stars.

Stinky tablets
I have taken Indole 3 Carbinol for several years. This was the first time that I ordered this brand as my favorite, Now brand, was no longer available. I can't speak to the efficacy, but the odor of the tablets is stinky. I will be searching for an alternative choice with my next order.

Works for estrogen dominance in post menopausal women
I am post-menopausal and have been taking a low dose of bio-identical hormones for years. I get regular blood tests to make sure my estrone levels ( the bad type of estrogen that can cause breast cancer) are within normal ranges, but lately they have soared to risky levels. My doctor doesn't want me to go off the estrogen ( estradiol) but wants to reduce the estrone levels. I've been on the supplements for about six weeks, and the results have been amazing. I am no longer estrone dominant, and no longer have hot flashes, something I've experienced even while on the hormones. I have had no side effects. This product is amazing!
