Good!
Took it to Kanha National Park recently. Excellent clarity. However, for someone who wear specs, its a bit of a problem. My suggestion - take off your specs and enjoy the spectacle! Everyone in the group used it and liked it. Its a bit heavy though but manageable.

prismaticos ocio
A**!

Barska 10-30x50 Zoom Gladiator Binocular
First purchase of a binoculars and i am pretty impressed. There seems to be worries of double images and uncollimated lenses, but these seem to be unfounded as the lenses are very well matched and collimated. The left and right images are only slightly off to the left and right respectively and i read somewhere that this is normal. No problems along the other axis of view as well. There are some guides available online for collimating of binoculars if required and the mirror adjustments screws are easily located by prying back some of the rubber housing to expose the screws. The image is bright at 10X and pretty clear. Though it gets a little dim and hazy at 30x magnification, it is sufficient for normal daytime observation. Personally i think it is fine unless you are that particular about having better image quality, which is something you should be willing to pay a premium for. There was no issues with focusing, though being my first time using a bino i realized that there is the main focusing dial in the center to adjust the focus for both images and you can individually adjust the right lens focus using the eyepiece. Best way to go about using the bino would be to get your left image in focus using the main focusing dial then match your right image using the eyepiece adjust. This allows you to get both images in clear focus. The bino also has a tripod adapter in the front to allow you to attach the bino to a tripod, however it is best if the adapter head has a small sized adjustable swivel to fit in. I tried using one of my camera mini tripods and it works as a passable tripod. This product does not come with any tripods, you have to get your own if you require one. Overall, a good quality product with reasonable optics for the price, good for everyday use. If you're looking for something with better optics, you should be prepared to pay more. This is already quite a good deal for the low price. Though i would penalize it for the image quality of at the higher magnification levels, i'm giving it 5 stars for the kind of quality at this price. Worth the money for a cheap bino
