works great
i am a very light sleeper- have hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. i take 3 of these and i am a happy sleeper. sometimes i need to take a melatonin with these but its a less often. i like the sweet taste of these. works better than Olly Sleep gummies. i like these being natural supplements. great item.

K’O in 30 minutes
I’m literally knocked out in like 30 minutes most of the time and I feel pretty rested when I wake up too. Best sleep gummy I’ve ever tried

Good option
First the container is huge but the gummies are a decent size. They taste amazing with no artificial taste and I saw no diabetic spike after eating two which is the dose. They are ashy looking and slightly gritty to taste, which I hope doesnt mean they went bad. Will update after 1 week on aleep quality

No es lo q esperaba
Trae una buena cantidad ,el sabor es aceptable pero realmente prefiero las melatoninas normales que acostumbro a tomar en las noches ,esta no me hace dormir en absoluto.

This bottle tastes really bad
I've bought these in store before and they were absolutely delicious but this bottle I ordered is downright vile. It's a super strong bitter-vitamin-plasticy flavor that sticks in your mouth even after drinking water.I'm genuinely so disappointed because when I got them previously in store they were so good I had to stop myself from eating them like candy, but this bottle is hard to even eat.I'm not sure what's wrong with it but I wish it could be fixed.

Better sleep, crazy drama though!
I take these nightly. They help me with falling asleep, although not necessarily staying asleep. I will say, the dreams I have feel more vivid and a bit crazier since I’ve been on them. Not necessarily bad dreams though. Just a bit more intense. They work really well!

Something is off....
I agree with Tina's review March 25..... I too have been using these for quite awhile and this last bottle has a buzzard, chemical, burning after taste that did not exist before. Something is off....
