missing piece

I received this as a gift this past holiday and just LOVED this puzzle. The extra poster was very helpful when two people are working on it together. I especially love the odd shaped pieces. Not all pieces are 4-sided and this adds a nice touch to the puzzle. The image is great and was very fun to work on different sections of the "route". I'll certainly try other MasterPieces puzzles in the future.

I expected the puzzle to look like the box. It was a challenging puzzle though so it worked out.

Family vacations are always great with a puzzle and this one helps with an historical tours of Route 66. There is also one for the National Parks.

Although this puzzle is beautiful, mine was MISSING one piece (an edge piece) and had an exact duplicate of another piece (a corner piece)... which probably means that someone else was missing that corner piece. Also, there was an additional flaw in the cut of the puzzle, because a tiny piece of another edge was missing; about the size of an irregularly-shaped pea. Do not buy this puzzle if you are OCD or detail-oriented, because the missing pieces will drive you INSANE. Not worth the cost or the pretty packaging.

Theme very nice and art great...Made in China small pieces and handout artwork poster to aid in puzzling...good for relaxing

I just put it together and I am missing at least 25 pieces. I also opened the sealed package so they just didn’t come with it. Very very disappointed 😝

Great puzzel, cut of pieces was sharp, not too hard.

The puzzle itself is amazing -- the colors are great and the pieces insane -- I couldn't even figure out which pieces were the border right away. What was incredibly frustrating however, and the main reason why I won't hang this on a wall (Because it really is a nice-looking puzzle) is that there has must have been a snafu in the cutting process. Many, if not most of the pieces look like they have been cut twice -- one all the way through, one only on the surface. This caused many of the pieces to lose a sliver of their image in the puzzling process, leaving small gray streaks here and there. Most unbecoming, and quite irritating. it makes me a little weary that no one at the manufacturer's never caught it or caught it and decided to sell it anyway.

Throughly enjoyed doing this jigsaw after returning from our Route 66 holiday. Excellent quality and nicely packaged!

Bought as a present for a jigsaw enthusiast who thoroughly enjoyed piecing it together and found it's design a satisfactory challenge.
