I didn’t realize how badly I was grinding my teeth until I started waking up with jaw pain and headaches. This mouth guard changed that almost overnight.It was easy to mold, fits well, and doesn’t feel bulky. I actually forget it’s there once I fall asleep. This mouth guard is pure magic! After one night, I had my first day painkiller free after months of tooth pain, jaw ache and headaches!Simple process to mold it (I did this a couple times to ensure a good and proper fit), I also suck my thumb and can still do this whilst wearing the guard, I just made sure to do it during molding so the guard is adapted.Yes, it is slightly bulky but it's worth it's weight in gold for the difference it made! Wore it around an hour before bed so I could get used to it and I slept with no issues whatsoever.

I purchased this as the price was reasonable and I had worn away my dentist made mouth guard from over 3 years use of clenching/possible grinding in sleep. The process of making the guard was quite easy to follow, however, I ruined the first attempt by not biting hard enough to make the impression 😕 2nd attempt I did make some sort of guard, but it didn't seem to reach my back teeth even though I only have 12 teeth on the top to cover! Would say it's worth a try, but if you can afford it, get a proper dental guard made by a dentist 🦷😁

Found it difficult to mould the guard without it melting into a mess, and when I finally managed it, the small did not fit into my mouth, dug into my gums and gave me more jaw pain than I had before! It seems to work for some others but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Really easy to use and does the job to prevent grinding teeth throughout the night. I've recommended to friends who are having this issue due to stress recently. Great value for money.
