J’ai utilisé cette lame récemment pour couper rapidement des patates pour faire des frites. Ça a très bien fonctionné. Bon produit qui fait ce qu’il doit faire.

I crossed my fingers when I ordered this because the description says it is 6 inches long, which would NOT fit my regular Benriner. Now that I have received it, it is exactly what I. The package is 6 inches long but the actual blade is about 4 inches long and fits my trusty Benriner perfectly.
