Excellent customer service
I bought these almost 2 years ago. Up until recently I haven’t had a problem and actually got to use them in our bedrooms during a few power outages. Worked great!. Recently I had one of these bulbs not turn off. When I went to shut off the lamp the light would flicker and stay on. I reached out to the company and they were more than helpful. They ended up sending a replacement bulb and got me back up and running! Was completely happy with their service!

Highly recommend
I originally bought the four-pack and then bought this six-pack and gave four to my neighbor. They are easy to charge and bright enough to read by if the electricity goes out.

Must have during a power outage!
We have at least one in each room of the house. So nice when the power goes out; light stays on, if it was on when the power went off. If it was not powered on, a flip of the switch will light the bulb! Nice not having to search for a flashlight in the dark.

Works well
I've used these bulbs the past 3 nights. I'm camping and need to shut down my generator at ten. I'm a night reader and flashlights were not cutting it. So far they last as long as I can read before falling asleep. (3 hours). My only gripe is the hooks that come with them. Awful! I would pay a little more if they were made better. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. The bulbs themselves are great.

Didn't hold up
Worked great at first.After a couple of months two of them no longer come on in the lamps.Worked good until they didn't.

Relief to have
Just plug into a lamp and charge firv4-6 hrs and you have a emergency light for up yo 3hrs if you have power outages or even area in garage or basement that you need temp light .

Magic light 💡 bulbs
Hurricane must have! We used for several days and recharged easily with a portable battery pack. Each family member had one that illuminated a medium sized bedroom.

MISLEADING - VERY DISAPPOINTED
Does not work as stated. States "lights up when power failure" - this is MISLEADING. It leads you to believe they light up automatically. I have a similar product that when installed works like a regular bulb. You install the bulb for it to charge. Then If there is a power failure, the charged bulb will turn off and on with the switch.I bought these for elderly my in-laws in Puerto Rico. With these you have to charge in a socket. They do not turn off and on with the switch. To use you need to charge and hang up with the cheap hooks. I purchased before my trip so I could install them and show them how they worked. I would have returned them but It was past the return date when I I returned home.
