Within 10 minutes of putting earbuds in your ear you will feel pain, sound quality is also bad if you are outside you can hair all the noises except the music you are listening

Pros:(Not sure if there is any difference compared to unused product.)1. Audio was pretty decent than i expected.2. Looks pretty new to me without much visible wears and all with original accessories.3. Used for a week . Battery seems to be okay.Cons:There were quite some problems noted(again not sure if they are also in unused):1. Mic was pathetic. Receivers can hear more noise than actual voice.2. Hinge in the charging case was loose.3. Sometimes the connect was not automatic.
