Small Business Time Clock AT-2500 Bundle

This Time Clock does the job. I like how simple it is to clock in and clock out, as you literally just have to press "in" or "out" and put the card in. Also, the card will not print if it detects that the card is put in the wrong way (upside down, wrong date side). I like that the time cards are 15 day periods since that is how our pay periods are broken up. Also, the fact that you can clock in and out more than once a day is nice for lunch breaks or other breaks. The only down-side to this is that it doesn't calculate the number of hours worked everyday. There are some time clocks that automatically calculate it for you which makes it so much easier for management as it is tedious trying to calculate the hours yourself and then total them up for that pay period. But other than that fact, it works great. There is about 30 time cards that come with this bundle. We went ahead and bought the bundle of 300 separately so we wouldn't run out anytime soon. Also, it mounts really easily and looks good when it's mounted.

I ordered this on October 7th and it arrived a few days later. We have one employee that punches in and out 5 days a week and it was working fine until November 22nd when it sucked her card in and would not spit it back out. I opened it up and got it out with the wheel and it has not worked since. The return close date was Nov. 7th so we are unable to return it now. A time clock should not break 2.5 months after getting it with only one employee using it.

This is very confusing. For starters, when setting it up, the volume is extremely loud and there doesn't seem to be a button under the "volume", only a small screw. It's quite annoying if you work in a small office like me and people are trying to talk to customers. Secondly, there doesn't seem to be any way to go back and change a setting if you screw something up while setting up. You have to go through the whole list of year, date, time, etc. and re-do everything to get to where you entered a wrong number. And thirdly, it has you set a desired day change. It does not explain what that means to someone who has never used a time clock and the numbers go all the way up to 23. Does that mean it will go 23 days before it calculates how long someone has worked? I thought it just calculated on a daily basis, that's why I bought this one. And there is no information in the instructions whatsoever. Overall, it does not look like I will be able to start using this today.

Item arrived quickly and as described. This is the same brand newer model than we have been purchasing. Nice to be able to keep same time cards and set up as older models. This allows me to keep the same formatting for 11 locations.

The time cards are too small, therefore the print is too small but its just hard to read because its a horrible digital print. Not one of my better purchases on Amazon.

Its working so far. I will wait until one year and see what happens. I had (2) 2400AT for the last 2 years and it stop working before one year is out. I guess its for one year use only that is why they stopped making it. They said this model 2500AT is better so we will see. By the way customer service is awesome!!!

Having been 32 years in business, finally a simple, easy to use time clock with seamless operation and outstanding customer service. The entire system is all you need!

Time cards constantly got stuck inside the machine.Had to open it up with the keys, reach into the machine and pull out the cards.Half the time, it'd rip the cards because of how tight the grip was and ruined so many of the time cards.Gave up on the device in less than 2 weeks and returned it.
