These are so good for replacing electrolytes lost during hot, sweaty weather. Love the taste. Dump a packet into a glass of cool water. It dissolves well. I probably would not need to stir, but I do anyway. Really liking this product.

I bought these for my 15 month old daughter because she has been sick and the doctor recommended hydrating alternatives. The pack dissolved instantly and I gave it to her. She loved it! She drank it all within an hour and has had more wet nappies since using them. I have tried other hydration products and she didn’t respond to them at all. I love your product and wish you a lot of success because it is truly a great product!

My favorite hydration packet, unfortunately I cannot get just orange anymore

We have been using the tablets for a couple of years and they are the one thing that has significantly reduced my husbands leg cramps, which have plagues him all his life. I also find that they significantly reduced my issues with low electrolytes caused by drinking filtered water. I haven’t tried these packets yet, as we just got them, but the one box was open and two packets were missing. I only got 10 instead of the 12 that were supposed to be in the box. I guess it’s understandable given the pressures on the Amazon folks from Coronavirus.

Was unable to drink the first packet due to ultra sweetness I was not expecting. Not fault of the product. It has almost exact sweetness and taste as glucose liquid used for patients taking a GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test) Saw the notice for consumers have some physical problems that could possibly lead to Type 2 diabetes. After taking about 3 small sips a few minutes apart per the directions, I began feeding a bit dizzy and just unwell in general. I think the ingredients are too potent for me. Particularly the glucose. It is dextrose which is like IV fluids given to a diabetic when they have a dangerous drop in their blood sugar. I have fairly frequent episodes of heat exhaustion in the summer and was hoping the Hydralyte would keep me from these experiences. Long story short...firstly DO check with your M.D. before using this product. As for me, I will be adhering to electrolyte drinks from my local grocer, and continue avoiding the outside especially in our hot humid Southern summers!
