Excellent product
This stuff is literally saving my husbands arm. He is a general contractor and is using his arms all day. He has what is suspected as a torn tendon (working with a dr) and without this tape on his arm he can barely use it. This is working out so far to be really good interim support so that he can continue working. If you are experiencing a sprain, tendinitis or other pains that could benefit from support, I highly recommend trying this tape. The only downside we have with it is that because it’s so sticky it pulls hair out and sometimes leaves a little bit of raw skin when removing it.

Works ok
I wish there were more instructions, and it does say not to stretch the tape but it’s not effective if you don’t. This is the brand my PT uses- works ok. Lasts about 3 days before you must change them.

Just buy it -- many uses for this tape
I've been tempted by some of the knock offs being sold for half the price since I don't always use this as kinesio and so could go with a cheapie brand, but continue to buy this one. It works as it should, long lasting yet isn't too harsh when removing. I use it to cover bruises on my arms from soccer while they are healing -- looks better than showing a bruise and you can cut it to shape. I also wrap my toes to prevent blistering in my cleats. Also, I tape this into a variety of shoes to prevent squeaking and slipping [such as on the inside of soccer cleats at the heel/ankle cup and even on dress shoes at the heels and toes] and it lasts at least a season. I also use it with some cotton to make a versatile band aid to wrap on areas that a traditional band aid won't cover. Yesterday, I taped a strip just under each knee cap and it gave reassuring support for knees worn out from decades of running. This tape has so many uses.UPDATE: I have bought their standard black [they have an extra strong black also, but not sure it is any different than the regular black] and it sticks so well that is seems to be a cut above this one as far as performance. The black can last up to a week and even when I am doing hot yoga -- that is very impressive. I continue to buy this beige when I have a need for cover ups, and the black for more serious applications. Was using the black for LCL taping method where one of the tapes scoops around the knee. You can feel the blood flow to the area, plus give support. Was easy to remove also. Great product.

This tape is magic
I was introduced to this tape by my Physical Therapist - she put it on my thumb (really bad arthritis) and the pain simply stopped. Like magic ! I don't use it every day, but it never fails to eliminate most if not all of the pain. LIKE MAGIC! I will say though, that she did tell me that it does not work for everyone - so like most medical things - it may not work the same for you. (But if you try it, I hope it does) My therapist showed me how to cut it and where to apply it - you may need to get similar advise before using it.

Sticking power like no other!
There really isn't a lot to say about this stuff other than it is the exact same stuff that my physical therapist has been taping onto my wrist and shoulder for the past few months. I tried a drug store brand of tape and it didn't stick longer than a few hours. If I am worried about wehether or not there is any oil or lotion on my skin, I simply use a small alcohol wipe to clean the area prior to taping it, and this stuff stays stuck across my shoulder and back till I pull it loose and remove it after about.5 days or so..If you are unfamiliar with Kinetic tape, I can tell you this much: Using this stuff really isn't as hard to do as some may think. After a nasty accident, my wrist needed to be surgically reconstructed, leaving me with a rather long scar up the inside of my wrist. This scar tissue, while it is still healing, feels tight, and pulls on the skin when I try to move my wrist. It's painful. I have been using this tape on this scar tissue, and it puts just enough pull on the scar to relieve that tight feeling that makes movement more difficult than it already is, allowing me to work longer and harder at restoring strength and movement to my hand and wrist. I also tore my rotatory cuff and messed up a few nerves and muscles in my shoulder and neck. Putting a strip of Kinesio tape from my shoulder to the center of my neck relieves so much pain that it's hard to believe...but it does. While I can tape my wrist by myself, I do get help to tape my shoulder, because the positioning of your body makes a difference in the effectiveness of the take. If you have any questions, you could ask a physical therapist or probably find a video on YouTube that would show you quite simply how to tape yourself.So...If you decide to try any kinetic tape, I would strongly recommend this brand. The tape itself is about 3/4 of an inch wide and is not pre-cut into sections like some tapes are. This tape comes in a continuous roll, allowing you to cut your tape to the exact length that you need, which is a very good thing..
