This mixer works well and is easy to clean. The battery seems to last a long time. It has a standard on/off switch. I would prefer it was a momentary push-button. It works well, nonetheless.

I like to make coffee with hot chocolate flavoring & it is all but impossible to get the powder do dissolve with a spoon. What a remarkable tool, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

My first use of this little mixer was to mix raw sugar and powdered milk in my coffee. Before this, I just used a spoon. With the spoon, it was; stir stir stir scoop the bottom and look for sugar crystals. Then, stir stir stir check for crystals. Srir stir....etc. With this mixer, it was fun. If you hold this in the middle of your mug it will pull a vortex all the way to the bottom, and it frothed my powdered milk. Move it around the outside and you can see the coffee spinning like crazy. Obviously there was no need to look for undisolved sugar. Then the real test, hot cocoa mix and malt powder, both of which want to float and stay dry. Mixing with a spoon was just frustrating, and I'd just settle for a few clumps. This mixer made short work of it and there was hardly any residue at the bottom, which probably would have been zero given a few more seconds. In the interest of science, I tried it in yogurt. No go. Easy 5 stars. Not so fast!! like many of the 1 star ratings, mine quit after a week or so. A test with a volt meter showed full voltage from the top of the batteries to the case. The switch connects the negative side of the batteries to the case, so, the switch must be the culprit. I couldn't get the switch to unscrew from the inside of the cap. so I wanted to get a look at the top side. While pulling out the rubber cover, the mixer turned on, and has worked ever since without the rubber top.

I purchased this little mixer a few months ago and I love it. I've purchased similar items in the past that were not as well made. I was accustomed to buying them and replacing them when they broke. When I received this one in the mail I instantly knew this was a better quality. The wisk spins incredibly fast and mixes my powder supplements perfectly. The body is made of sturdy metal and the click on and off switch is very durable. It even comes with some hardware you can use to mount it to the wall and a little carrying case.Now about the warranty. I was super impressed. I did end up breaking it. It slipped out of my hand and hit the counter and it didn't work right after that. The on off switch wouldn't stay on or sometimes wouldn't turn off. Please note that I use this mixer at least twice a day for about 6 months before it broke. I knew I wanted to buy the same one because I had been so happy with it but I noticed the Lifetime Warranty advertised. I decided to contact the seller and see if I could get a replacement. The seller responded within a day and told me they'd send me a new one no problem. Didn't even have to pay for shipping. My new mixer just arrived in the mail and it's been less than a week and I just wanted to express how happy I am with them and I know anyone who purchases this item will be more than satisfied with the item and the sellers willingness to give such a great warranty.

I wrote the review below and also sent it to the seller. The seller responded immediately:"Hey Heidi, thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear that your mixer stopped working on you. We have found that if you immerse the body of the mixer too far into the liquid to where the liquid seeps into the base of the shaft and to the motor, that will cause the corrosion. A quick tip is just make sure that the water doesn't hit the handle when mixing. I went ahead and sent you another Mixer (stainless steel version) and it should arrive no later than Friday, Sept. 8th to the address below! I hope you find this helpful!"I did receive the new mixer and a follow-up email to verify I received the replacement. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!When first received, I tired it a couple of times to mix my powdered vitamin drink, it was unbalanced and did not not mix well. I read the reviews and pulled out the frother handle and put it back in securely and it worked sometimes and then stopped again. I set it aside to return and forgot about it. I found it today and thought I would give it another try and it did not turn on. I opened it to replace the batteries and found that the battery closest to the end of the handle corroded. I removed the corroded powder and replaced the batteries and it still does not work. I am very disappointed that it did not work for me, maybe I just received a defective product.

I bought this mixer for my son's formula and am glad I did. Trying to mix a third cup of formula into cold milk with a spoon was too time consuming since it's difficult to get rid of the little clumps. When a toddler is screaming at you for milk but you can't get the clumps out, you immediately think of other ways to get it done faster. I found this mixer and thought I'd give it a try based on the positive reviews. Since the mixer is a milk frother, I expected to have frothy formula. I make it ahead of time and let the froth dissipate before I give it to my son so he doesn't get gassy. It's so easy that every time I use it, I wonder why I didn't get one sooner. I put milk into the bottle then about half of the formula and mix. I'll add the rest of the formula then milk on top to try and push some of the froth down since it rises. When I'm done, I rinse it under running water then turn it on for 10-15 seconds to dry. Easy. I store it back in the box to protect it. I've thought about using my protein shaker to mix his formula, but that I'd waste some since I'd have to transfer it to his drinking glass. I tried this in my own milk for coffee, and it was delicious. I have yet to try it for my own protein shakes but anticipate having good results.
