Value for Money
it's a very good choice of the headset, especially for the company, I never had a complain and the sound quality is good both the mic and speaker. I think I already purchased around 100+ with this model.

Mic quality, audio quality is amazing but so uncomfortable
I work a 9-5 remotely and I have to wear this headset cuz sometimes we have calls all day long. The quality of audio and the mic are great but this is the most uncomfortable pair of headphones I have ever worn. To be fair I usually use earpbuds so maybe I have a sensitive skull or something 😭 But the amount of pressure this puts on your head and ears is insane. It hurts so bad after longwears. The cushioning in the band is awful. Maybe foe short term use this is good. But this burts the ears and head so much after using it for long.
