I absolutely love this TENS unit. I bought one for myself and another one for my son, and we are both very happy with it. I love this TENS Unit! The instructions for use are so easy to follow and it has helped me significantly with muscle pain in my shoulders. I also love the compact design - I primarily work a desk job and I can easily take it to work and hook up the device without needing to plug in or make a lot of room for a large machine. I love having this unit. It is compact so I can take it to work and use it there without it distracting anyone. I am not quite sure about battery life yet, as I have only used it a handful of times. I have degenerate disc disease in my neck and this has helped with my pain and discomfort.

I bought this to help work out the kinks I get day to day. My husband ended up using more than me. We both like its ease of use, the small size and portability. It goes a long time on a single charge. The sensors stick fine but not sure how long those will last. It does what it said it will do. I recommend for those every day, pesky pains that you need to work out.

This little machine has been a blessing!!! I use it for every pain I get! Even period cramps! Getting one for everyone I know! The battery life lasts so long only had to charge it once so far and I use it all the time! And the pads last a good while too they still good but I'm getting new pads for when I do need them. But don't pass on this tens unit its the best I have used so far! The power on it works so good!

I bought the NURSAL 24 Modes TENS Unit to replace an older TENS machine I had that finally gave up on me — and I’m honestly glad it did! I’ve had stubborn knee pain and a lower back that apparently thinks I’m 97 years old instead of a functioning adult. This little machine has become my new best friend. It’s easy to use, powerful without being overwhelming, and honestly kind of fun to cycle through the modes to find your favorite “zap personality.” I now schedule “TENS time” like it’s a luxury appointment. If you have aches that won’t quit, this thing might just be your new household MVP. My only regret is not buying it sooner!

I called Nursal Customer Support last night. She told me a slightly different method than what the user guide said. I charged it fully last night and I wrote her directions in my Captain's Log. So I just tried it on my neck by following her directions. I did 10 minutes on 1 side and 10 minutes on the other side. Now I have no stiffness in my neck. Now I can honestly recommend this portable rechargeable Tens unit. Now that I know how to use it the proper way, I will try it on different parts of my body. This tens unit is way better than MegaWise Tens Unit. If you're looking for a great Tens Unit for yourself or as a gift I highly recommend the Nursal TENS Unit. It actually works at least for me 😁👍💯 They have way better Customer Support vs MegaWise Customer Support!!! It had all the parts for this unit vs the 2 units I received from MegaWise. At least I still have lots of pads from both companies so I should not have to buy anymore pads for a while. The only thing I was not able to do with this unit is that I was unable to thread the lanyard to this device. That's no big deal because I can use this product without the lanyard attached. Maybe I might be able to have someone else to attach the lanyard for me. All I have to say the Nursal TENS Unit actually works. Highly recommended this for anyone that needs or wants a Tens Unit!!!! I also tried this on my back and on my legs last night. It gets all the stiffness out of my body so I can sleep more comfortable. I highly recommend this Tens Unit for yourself or it is a great gift 🎁 Just a followup that I learned today. I had both the MegaWise Tens Unit and the Nursal TENS Unit. While my 2 MegaWise Tens Units didn't work for me I saved all the pads and wires from both units. While the charging cables and the pads are universal and can be saved and used for the Nursal TENS Unit, however I just discovered that the connecting wires that connect to the pads and the tens unit is not interchangeable. The MegaWise connecting cords have a Male connector. The Nursal connecting cords have a Female connector. Therefore since I have a Carry All Pack that I use for my tens unit and all accessories at least I can throw away the MegaWise connecting cords since I can't use them in my Nursal TENS Unit which does work correctly. I just wanted to pass this information on that whoever may want to look at Tens Units to know all of them are NOT exactly the same.
