An great universal Remote. A thin handset with light weight plastic. Keys feel a bit rubbery but work flawlessly. Best thing in this remote is that all the keys are ‘learning’ type unlike other Universal remotes where only a few keys can be programmed.After using it for a year, some frequently used keys started to function erratically. The remote has to be regularly opened and the keys/contacts cleaned with a solvent in order to make it work again properly. It seems this is not a very lasting product… so I bought another one this year.For the price and functionality it’s worth every penny.

this remote is absolute waste of time and money. it is totally useless if your old remote is not working or not available. usually a remote is replaced only when the existing one is broken or not in working condition or lost. in those cases this remote wont learn anything. also if you try to learn the remote with the help of old remote, few keys stop functioning and you need to start the learning process again repeatedly.

Simply learns the old remote. One Can control tv, dth with single remote. Good one. Go for it.

First thing first! It needs a working remote for the device you want to configure. This not necessarily has to be the original remote. For me I have Oakter wireless remote configured for all my devices and I used that to make this Universal remote to learn.Secondly, most of the negative reviews are due to two factors- need an existing working remote or controlling Android TV. I haven't checked it for Android TV but if you have Android TV then better use wireless remote.It is very easy to make the remote learn from your existing remote and if you are creative, you can actually control more than 3 devices by mapping the unused button to a new device! Like the 4 OTT apps button (Netflix, Prime etc.) I used to control my HDMI switch. So I am using 4 devices instead of 3! You can do many more such thing once you map your primary devices to the buttonsThe remote looks sturdy and premium. Pressing the buttons doesn't feel like the cheap replacement remotes available in the market.And lastly, not everything is good 😉. The range is not 8 meter, it is 4 to 5 meter which is ok for a mid size room and it needs the remote pointed to the device 's IR receiverConclusion: It is truly a learning universal remote. But if you don't have any remote to control the devices then get that solved first before buying it...some of the solutions-if you have IR enabled phone, you can download app to control the IR devices or you can buy wireless remote like Oakter etc.

The remote's quality is good but it's too expensive considering it's just a remote. Also the pairing process is very difficult and intricate. You will need to spend good amount of time to learn it. It didn't pair with my TV remote well.

Most pathetic product and that is why they only allow replacement and not return. My old universal remote just needed one code and it will be working. For this one - you need to program each and every key. This should have been mentioned in description. Spent hours to make it working and it doesn't stay for few hours. Few keys will stop working and you need to do all process again.It looks like some school project and should not be sold commerciallly. I request Amazon to remove it permanently from website and refund all customers.

nice ... does what its meant for .. easy to use .. can support 3 remotes at a time but not limited to that, you wouldn't need all the buttons, many buttons remain unused and so you can use them with other IR devices like lights and fan making it possible for any number of remotes combined, just you need to remember the mapped key ,you will get used to it with time... range is ok ...now i need another one for other room but price is what i felt a little higher...overall nice learning remote...have been using it for 4 months now. very handy and i almost forgot where all my original remotes are...

I used this remote for my Bose soundbar. Works perfect. Setting up was also very simple. Value for money. So impressed.
