Ideal for my wrist
I use a vertical ergonomic mouse and this mouse pad with wrist support works pretty well. This is my second one since I wore the support on the first one down over 4 years. Now, it's not perfect, but it's pretty good...my wrist doesn't ache as quickly and it's the best I've found..

A great alternative to gel and foam mousepads.
I have been using this mousepad for a few months now and am glad I bought it.In the past I have used the standard mousepad with no cushion and a couple of cushioned pads with "memory foam" and gel.The standard pads of course are not at all useful for long term use which many people know now.The foam and gel can be hit or miss, miss almost 100% for me, so I wanted to find something different that would work. Was a little hesitant as I wasn't sure how well a plastic cushion would work as of course the picture makes you think the cushion will either be super flexible and not support or it would be rock hard and not have any give.Well I was wrong as Fellowes managed to give a flexible while sturdy cushion that have plenty of support during long usage. This mousepad has been one of the best I have used and I will most likely buy one for work next time we get some supplies ordered (and I don't forget...)I can't give this a full 5 stars as the mousepad can sometimes slide on my desk and cause irritation, I'm sure I could put something tacky on the bottom to keep it from moving, though I would have preferred the material it was made with having some hold built in. I will allow for the fact that my desk is relatively smooth so that most likely doesn't help and this may not cause issues for many others, just be weary you can have the mousepad slide on you when being a little aggressive with it.Overall I say this is a great mousepad and beyond the sliding now and then I do recommend this highly for anyone tired of sore wrists and poor foam and gel filled mousepads.2 thumbs up and 1 relaxed wrist down!

Much better than expected!
After dealing with several from this brand that ended up warping (washboard texture on the otherwise flat surface) to the point of not being useable after about 6 months I wanted to try something different. I’m so glad I did!I saw some people mention the edges pulling up. After a month I’ve seen no sign of this yet, but will update my review if it happens. The wrist pad is super comfortable, but does start to feel a little warm after a bit. Since it’s all the same shape though (no divet in the middle for your wrist like others) it’s easy to adjust your position.Because it’s so flat I don’t foresee having the same warping I was getting with other ones of the same texture.By far the happiest I’ve been with a mouse pad!

Soft and Comfortable, but Slides
Good size and shape, and the wrist rest is very comfortable, but it slides around on my desk, and the surface seems to be wearing away in the center where my mouse sits, leaving a fuzzy white patch. To stop it sliding, I bought one of those sticky sheets of black silicon that people use to hold their phones on the dashboard of their car and put it underneath.
