The swing Kane Might take a little longer to get used to but once you do I don’t see why you would want any other Kane. It’s lightweight comfortable and sturdy. The only thing lacking is a lanyard to put around your wrist. There’s a hole for one but it seems rather than just putting in a piece of leather a more substantial lanyard provided by the manufacture would be much more sense. A one time shop rather than having to go out and find something that would work for it. Much like your prime stick that I purchased also. Also tried contacting your company several times. Every time I was transferred to sales or service I got the same voice left the same Voice message. I Has been a few months now and have yet to be contacted by the company. That’s such a good thing. But the quality of the product at least for now definitely overrides the quality of the customer service.

I have been using this cane for over a year. I’m 5’2” and finding a cane is not easy. This was recommended for MS. I love it as it is comfortable to use. The “boot” tip is a reminder to slow down while walking as it walks heel to toe with my foot. The tip is also very helpful in the Chicago snow and ice.

Make sure you read the instructions and use this cane the correct direction. It's a great idea to have a PT help you set the correct height. We actually had it set too low! My 94 year old mother-in-law has 3 other canes and none of them have made her feel a bit safe when using them. After using the cane with the handle turned correctly and having height adjusted by the PT, it is not setting in the corner like the other canes are!! It makes her feel like she's stable. The other canes have had one point of contact to the floor up to 4 prongs hitting the floor. NONE of them ever made her feel the least bit confident. This is the BEST.

I like everything about this cane except that the grip rubber is thin and tears within a few weeks. I understand the design concept of the internals on the handle........to make it easier to grip but, the two plastic bows inside have sharp edges that cut through the grip material fairly quickly. They should redesign those to have rounded edges and perhaps thicker rubber where they contact each other.I've had 2 of these canes so far and both grips tore in the exact same place after only a few weeks.

Excellent cane; stable and comfortable on the hand. However I had to buy a new one because the clip to adjust the length broke after only six months.Update. The SECOND cane broke in the same place in less then 3 months. Don't waste your money on this garbage. D

I absolutely loved the fact that it did not look like a regular cane and it had a lot more grip and it was a lot easier to go hiking with it the problem is however one of the clips broke on the bottom, the one that allows you to adjust the height. I emailed the company but I did not get a response to the best of my knowledge. If I did I apologize but if you’re reading this now I hope that you would send me a new clip for mine, it’s a little short.

I really like this cane. It solid and works well.The problem is I can’t adjust the height because the clip is missing.I’ve contacted them three times with zero response.

I liked the articulation of the foot and used it after knee replacement surgery. I never used any other cane, so can’t really compare. Handle felt a little fat for my hand. Worked great for first knee joint replacement but the articulation in the second knee joint replacement left me feeling a little unsteady on steps at first because I have a bad elbow that wasn’t giving me the support I needed. I don’t know if another cane in that case would have done better. I really like it for walking. Feels like it moves with you naturally.

have only had cane for about a week so the jury is still out on it Have been using a regular cane now for about 10 years cause of a stroke I put a lot of weight on my cane for balance a different concept so far getting more used to it as I use it I make sure I se it every day at least in my am walk takes a bit to get used to shows promise I am 5 10' in height and had to put the adjustment on the last notch so don't know how it would work for taller personthe shaft is very rugged no problem there where I did have in some previous canes making me feel unsafe this shaft is great update been using cane now 3 months in liking it mor and more one thing to note when you set the canes height give the pin a light tap tomake sure it is all the way in the hole I went for a walk an the cane shortened a click and cane shoteened an inch or so the clip was engaged so pin must not have been all the way in thought it was as clip ws fastened all in all great cane just give the pin a tap to ensure it is all the was in the desired hole for length

I've had my first Dynamo since Aug. 2021 and liked it enough that I bought the second one in Nov. I use one for inside the house and the other for outside only as I don't want to bring in small stones that will scratch my hardwood floors. I found them to be very helpful and would order again except for the fact that the handle on the one I use most has cracked right where you'd be placing the palm of your hand. I have written to the seller, he is checking with the manufacture about correcting this problem. I don't know if they will send me a replacement part or what if anything they will do about this problem. I will update when I know.
