This item is something I used for the first time in inpatient rehab and I bought one once I knew I was going home it really is a great product because using it has improved my hand strength

This review pertains only to the 5.0 lbs (green) Digi-Flex. I also have the 1.5 lbs (yellow), 3.0 lbs (red) and 7.0 lbs (blue) versions of this hand exerciser, which work well and have been very useful in recuperating from hand surgery. However the 5.0 lbs Digi-Flex wobbles and creaks and catches at various points rather than operating smoothly. It is so poorly made that it is useless.
