I appreciate this product more and more every day. My kid has POTS. These salt tablets are added to her electrolytes to boost the salt content. They do a great job of helping with her condition!

No issues with taking this as prescribed by family member's physician. What can you say about the taste? It's salt. Takes at dinner time with no problems. Some stomach pain associated with use that has developed over a few weeks, so we will see how that goes over the long haul, but that is an expected side effect. Quality is good and all tablets arrived whole.

These are the same quality I have used in hospitals before, they work fast and easy to swallow. (As with ALL medications, consulting a doctor should be done prior to taking any OTC supplements!) Just be sure to get it down quickly with lots of water… unless you enjoy the taste of salt ;)

I have needed extra sodium in my diet but I have a horrible time trying to add extra salt to my food. I have started to use a pill cutter to cut these in half (for easier swallowing and easier on my stomach after it goes down). I have started to add a half of a pill to each time I take my medications and any other time that I feel my sodium is still too low for the day. These have made it a lot easier to get my sodium levels up without having to choke down oversalted food. THANK YOU!!

Reasonable priced for those who need to take sodium chloride on a daily basis, for medical reasons.

I always get this brand. I think they work good because I have trouble with Low Sodium. So bad that I was put in the hospital once for it being too low. I did not know it was an electrolyte either. If your Sodium level gets too low, mine was at 25, you get very confused and forgetful and you can go into convulsions, coma, and eventually death. before I found out what the problem was I was actually scared I had Early Alzheimers' Onset. Then when a Dr. did a blood test he called me and told me to go right now to the ER because my Sodium was way too low. Every day when I got up I had no idea what day of the week it was or if it was a weekday or weekend. I'd always have to check my iPhone to know the day of the week. Once I was driving and I got so confused; I did not know where I was, where I was going or where I had come from. This was scary and thank God it lasted for only about 5 mins. I was confused about everything. My husband would tell me the insurance man was coming over in the aft and I'd forget it when he got here. This happened for a lot of things. I can't tell you how happy I was when I found out it was because of low sodium. As soon as the sodium went up all those symptoms left. The Dr. told me to drink only 1.5 ltr. a day. For me, that seemed impossible but I did follow directions. But after a while, you tend to forget and go right back to where you once were. As soon as I'd notice the forgetfulness I'd realize how much I had been drinking. So that is when I began buying these tablets and they help. The forgetfulness and confusion would all clear up. But I was afraid of taking too much. Especially now. I have low stage high blood pressure and am on med. for it. I still use the salt tablets but I am careful. I also take Thermotabs Electrolytes which I get at Amazon also. I want the sodium and potassium. Without these tabs I have Charlie Horses in my legs through the night. They are really painful. With these tabs I don't have them. I take 2 in the morning and that's all. I noticed I was confused again about the day of the week so now I take a salt tablet also but I'm going to try every other day with them. My confusion is gone now. Who knew the importance of salt. I sure didn't. I read an article where your heart needs so much salt also. Everything in our body does in order to function. That was long but I wanted you to know how I know they are working in me and helping me. Both items.
