Outstanding value. Price to performance is unmatched. Includes an incredible accessory package.
We needed a temporary solution while our other unit was being serviced and repaired. The build quality was surprisingly good. The performance is outstanding and not reflective of the inexpensive pricing. This unit punches well above its price class. We have a very expensive unit and this unit performed equally as well with everything that we attempted. I can’t speak for it. It’s long-term durability, but from what I see in terms of build quality I suspect there will be no issues. If you need a sewing machine with some computerized functionality, you can’t go wrong with this unit. Also, the accessory kit was a pleasant surprise. We had to buy all of that with our other unit, which, as I mentioned before was much more expensive. This offer is excellent value performance and ease of use. While we’ve only used this for about 35 hours of use, it runs buttery, smooth, and is very quiet. This is an excellent machine and I can recommend it without hesitation. This machine has exceeded out expectations are 100% happy with this purchase.

Good Machine
Love this machine. Very easy to set up and use. Downside is it does not come with a manual but easy to download one.

Phenomenal sewing machine!
Phenomenal sewing machine. Has exceptional features such as thread cutting and needle threader. Anti-needle breaking option when sewing thick material. Very intuitive and easy to use. Well thought out design. Highly recommend Singer products. This is our third Singer machine. They are the leader in sewing technology and create products that are very easy to use. Excellent value for the money.

Fun and easy to use!
I’m new to sewing but was starting to out grow the Mini Kenmore I was using. This one had all the bells and whistle I was looking for but not as expensive as other models. The auto-cut is my favorite. It’s fairly light weight but seems pretty durable. I didn’t like the needles that came with it. Two broke quickly. Not sure how heavy duty it actually is because I’m not using it for tough thick fabrics. Overall I love it.

JUNK
A total piece of junk. Unboxed, threaded, bobbined and proceeded to match a org hem stitch cut off on a pair of jeans. It was loud. Sounds like tin parts clashing together. Could not increase the hem stitch enough to match the factory hem. Sewed as long a stitch as I could and got to the denim seams and proceeded to insert a hump jumper. The presser foot would not raise high enough to use a hump jumper on a pair of ll bean jeans. Their is no book, so run to the computer , look at a digital manual and run back. This machine was sitting beside a brother cs 7000x costing about 200 dollars less. No comparison in anything. Buttons more convenient, runs quiet as a mouse. Enough power to hem the jeans as good as the singer if not better. I was expecting the singer to be more robust. This is not the Black singer as of the days of old. To be fair the singer auto threader worked better than the brother and the singer display is back lit. That is it. I thought the singer would be the truth and the light. It was not!

Great, but not excellent
This is a very nice machine and it is more complicated than I expected. However, what I was really counting on was its ability to sew through heavy materials, such as leather. It does see with the attachment through the skins, but it doesn’t have the power to handle the thickness. I do recommend buying this machine, but if you’re going to sew through leather, suede or other heavy items you might want to purchase an industrial machine. This is not to say that the machine is not good because I do love it.

Lifelong Singer Owner
This arrived yesterday and I can’t believe how good it is. I do a lot of sewing through multiple layers of fabric, including denim. I finished a batch of potholders I was making before my last machine fizzled out. The stitches are solid, I used the letter making function on an apron tie just to try it out. For the money, you just can’t beat it. There’s another brand out there cheaper than this one, I’ve had one of those and won’t go back. There are certainly much more expensive brands, but my mom used a Singer so I already knew to trust it. My last one was a higher number model, and it was good, but this one is great. So happy with it.
