yes, it's oem in China, but BNISE is an US local brand, we should know that all US brands all oem in china, no spotting scope or binoculars this kind of products can be made in USA.

Q: Can it see a 22 cal bullet hole at 600 yards?

Not sure. I use it at an indoor 150 yard range. I’ve been happy with the clarity at my range.
