So I've taken pre mass a good 5-10 times now and I can say this stuff is great. First off the flavor is not too bad taste wise, it does have a pretty large scoop but it mixes very well so that's always a plus. The hands down best thing about pre mass is the pumps it gives, I've had by far the best pumps I've ever had when on pre mass, and not to mention the kick-ass energy it gives you to push all the way through your workouts and even more

The Dragon Fruit Flavor is mild-flavored (not too intense so that’s good for me) and dissolves easily in cold water even.No caffeine, so it concentrates on what you need to gain mass exclusively - just need to complement it with proteins and your gains will be there.No need for extra Creatine supplementation, as a scoop has 5gr (which is what you need daily), so that’s something less you have to buy.Great that it has no digestive issues too, that’s important.Almost forgot - I don’t crash with this one, being able to do 1.5-2hr gym sessions every time.You can stack it with more Raw Sinergies products to help reshape the body, proteins as mentioned before and a postworkout with BCAAs & Glutamine for best results! Good pump and gains with your effort in the gym & dieting! I recommend it!

One of the biggest wastes of money ever! I can't believe this product has had positive reviews - I really can't comment on the authenticity of them. I rarely ever give negative reviews but this has to be said as I feel cheated. I've used this pre-workout several times and it does absolutely nothing. No "tingling", extra energy, or results. Not even worthy as a placebo. This is nothing more than some overpriced flavoring for your water. Don't fall for this product, I'd rather spend money on some quality protein powder.

Best pre workout for making gains!This stuff was awesome, it works as a preworkout that gives you muscle gains. You don’t get the jitters or sensation like the other preworkouts, but when I lifted on this I could easily lift more weight and made serious gains. There’s not many preworkouts like this so it’s a shame it’s been out for so long and it doesn’t seem to be in production.This is the only pre workout I even considered buying off of Amazon.

Its a good pre work out, what i love about it, is that i have not experienced any "crash" after a work out but seem to be good and function well. That being said is that it doesnt have a crazy pick up. Other reviews have stated this isnt like C4 or other pre workouts and thats true so just be aware that its great pre work out but doesn't get you just pumped and full of crazy energy.
