Works just as advertised!
Bought this because I had a tiny 1.5 mm stripped set screw that I was trying to remove from my mtb brake lever. Used the correct size bits in the set and follow the basic instructions and had the screw out in no time. The material seems strong and the bits were still in good shape after first use. Worth every penny 👍

Luckily only had to use it once and it worked so nothing to complain about here.

Weak - too weak to work
This product breaks before you could remove anything with it. I had a stuck broken screw with already a hole in t, so I just tried the extractor bit. Put in a handheld screwdriver, I managed to break the extractor bit into the hole with almost no effort. No use at all. It was a surprise how easy it is to break it with bare hands.

It’s comes in handy
I needed this to fix my faucet and while doing that I stripped a screw very badly so got this product and waited a few days to come and when I found the right bit it came out without a problem. Although I stripped one of the bits which made it look very cheap

Solid customer support
I had a minor issue with the smallest extractor but that was the one I needed. The vendor replaced the set next day and the replacement was perfect. If I wasn't at the extreme lower limit the original set would have been fine. The set was able to remove an impossibly small screw. Going slow and finding patience got it out.

Worked well
I was dubious of this due to several reviews saying it didn't;t work. I had an expensive optical device with a stripped hex head. I chose the smallest drill that would barely fit in the stripped head. Then went to the same size extractor and it just spun, no extraction. I then switched to the next largest extractor bit and it immediately removed the screw. Make sure you run the drill in reverse, at low speed for both drill and extract and if it doesn't work initially, move up to the next size extractor bit.
