Older version was superior. Do not buy
I initial wanted to gift this to a fellow friend of mine who needed a decent wallet. I have had mine for years and it was the best and still the best wallet I own. The product I got was so bad for the price of 30 dollars it can only hold 3 cards and feels like cardboard. I do not recommend this product to anybody. Such a shame because the original product was so much better and higher quality.

Just what I was looking for
Just fits the five cards I need to carry and disappears into my front pocket. Nicely made, good looking.

High quality over time
I’ve been using this wallet for years now and I love it. All of the pockets are easy to get into, and the elastic strap that pulls my cards out is super convenient. The leather is a little thin and it stretches a bit. Overall though, it looks fantastic and has held up great and the functionality is very good.

Works as advertised, looks great, works great, feels even better.
Summary: Great wallet for anyone, perfect for me. I've been using it for 2 months now. Easy to carry in the front pocket of your slim fit jeans, looks exactly like in the pictures, very elegant. I recommend this wallet if you don't use much cash, ideally if you only carry 3 bills with you, and if you can reduce the amount of cards you carry to 10 or less, including ID and memberships. I keep rarely used cards in the car (like membership cards that I use once a month). The down side: the card kept in the front pocket is hard to pull out because the "smart strap" above it stops it from sliding out if you use your thumb to drag it out with friction. You have to use your index finger get a grab along with your thumb, that way you can raise it and pull it out; that's not an option if you have chubby fingers. You can also pull the "smart strap" and hold it up with your left thumb, then with your right thumb you pull the card out with friction. Neither option is confortable enough to keep your most used card in there, but you can use it though, it's not a deal breaker.About the amount of cards it can hold. I keep exactly 10 cards in my wallet: 4 credit cards, ID, License, Memberships, among others.I keep 2 cards on back pocket, another card on front pocket (less frequently used), and 7 cards in the middle pocket (including 4 credit cards which are thicker than normal because of the raised numbers). So far it hasn't stretched and the cards remain in place even when I hold the wallet upside down; If I shake it while upside-down the cards do slowly come out, but there's no scenario in real life where you put your wallet upside down, holding it on the sides to avoid having a grip of the cards inside, and shaking it.About the leather. It is high quality leather, I really recommend you buy this one instead of cheaper $10-15 dollars options because of this. It is showing signs of wear, but in quality leather wallets like this one, that only adds to its beauty. Regular (bigger) wallets get worse in less time, because the corners start to bend, plus the friction of pulling a bulky wallet out of your tight pockets damage further the leather.About the "smart strap" and middle pocket. I quote "smart strap" because it's a simple elastic strap which retracts back to its place when released. It's easy to pull, it has a good grip and gets the job done. The middle pocket is easy to use, you can put the most used cards on front and back of cards in middle pocket, that way it's a matter of: pulling the strap, pulling the card, pushing the rest back into the pocket. You do have to spread the cards to get the one you need in the middle, but again, not difficult, not messy and really, how many times a day you use each one of your 10 cards. You can organize it so the top 4 most used cards get really accessible.About the RFID protection. The middle pocket is RFID protected, and works as advertised, I tried using my subway card with the RFID reader and it didn't work, I had do pull the card half-way out of the middle pocket so it could read it. I tried putting the card in the front pocket, weirdly enough it didn't read it. I tried it with the card inside my old wallet and it read it inmediately. They claim only the middle pocket is RFID protected but in my experience, the front pocket also was protected. Don't take my word for granted here, perhaps my case is an exception, perhaps the back pocket isn't protected and there you can keep your RFID card, and perhaps it was a one time event, but the wallet in the middle pocket is consistent because I've tried it several times on different readers, including my work RFID reader.I'll get back here with an update after 5 months. Let's hope for the best.

Great for minimalists
The media could not be loaded. I’ve owned this wallet for about 3 years now and love it. It finally broke, and I’ve just ordered an exact replacement. This wallet is amazing for someone who only carry’s a maximum of maybe 3 credit cards, plus a couple forms of ID.I would not recommend putting more than 3 cards in the main compartment. The wallet will stretch out over time, and eventually your cards will freely slide out of the wallet if it’s upside down. This isn’t an issue for me, I just keep my wallet upright in my pocket and squeeze it a tad when removing it to make sure everything stays in place, but I think it would be a dealbreaker for some.Mine recently broke as the elastic pull tab no longer returns to position, and has to be pushed back down with cards. Luckily I don’t even need to use the pull tab, because the wallet is so loose my cards practically jump out of it on their own.The design and quality of materials are great, so much so that despite its flaws I’ve just purchased replacement.

It is Minimalist!
The front pocket wallet is well made, exactly as represented. I've decided to downsize the amount of "stuff" I carry and after getting comfortable with the concept I ordered this wallet. You will need to think through what you actually need in your pocket. This carries my credit cards, Driver's license and a few other "necessary" items. the pop up credit card feature is a real plus. The leather is top shelf and the stitching is well done. Size wise think about the size of a deck of cards and about 1/4th as thick (empty). If you want to right size your wallet and carry the essentials, this is a good option. Note that carrying cash is not practical, however many of us carry almost no cash in this day & time anyway.

NOT GREAT CHEAP FEELING.
Very disappointed as I had high hopes after watching numbers of YouTube reviews regarding quality etc. First outer box arrived half open no cellophane wrapping as it should come. Then the inside fine paper wrapping for the wallet was a bit handling outside the box. The wallet it self feels very cheap for a Top grain Leather costing over GBP 24.00 . I believe that maybe the first ever made did have the great quality and now quality has gone down the pan. Believe me I have a few leather items and I know when I see a great leather product unfortunately this is not it. I cannot recommend, unless I am proven wrong. do not waste your money and time as you will have to send it back.I am giving 5 stars. Because the seller addressed the issue immediately and send a replacement in a sealed box, therefore product arrived in pristine condition and the wallet this time round has a beautiful soft leather and after doing the smell test I confirm this is genuine leather. I am very happy and they have stored my faith in their product and company. I have attached fresh pics.

So slim, you keep ckecking if it is there.
I was not expecting to be as impressed as I am with this wallet. I took my 6 most used cards and folded some notes into the side panel. The trouble is I keep patting my pocket to check it is there, as it is very slim indeed. Fantastic. The RFID protection does work. I tested this by laying the wallet on the card reader and it was not registering. This is not going to hold large amounts of notes, maybe 6 notes folded is about comfortable. It can hold more cards that I am using though. The little pull up elastic tab is a great feature, popping all your cards up at once, rather than trying to fish inside to get at them.Nice leather too...Five star produt.

dont over populate it
Tempting as it may seem, i wouldnt insert more than 4 cards and also resist the temptaton to stuff folded notes in too.Getting them back out is awkward, and doesnt make you popular with the bar person waiting to be paid.Overall quality is reasonable. The £50 RRP is just ridiculous.Dont be misled by the meaning high end RFID blocking insulation, implying there are other variants.Theres nothing magical or superior about this RFID against any other product usin it. I can measure RF passing through.Obviously it will only protect vulnerable cards stored inside the wallet, neither of the two external pockets offer RFID insulation.Being a smaller form and lighter than most wallets, its not always easy to 'feel' where on your person it is.One is frequently patting oneself down trying to locate it.Others may have different views.

Five Stars
Top quality leather material and finish. I really could not find not even the tiniest imperfection.LE: 1 year after review (Aug 3rd, 2018 - item bought one year ago)Initially I gave a 5 star rating as out of the box it looked and felt great and I really could not find any fault.Nevertheless, the quality of the leather and its finish is not that great. I really take good care of all my leather items, but this one did not took well the wear over time. No further comments, just view the photos. On black leather these wear marks will be almost invisible, but on the tan/cognac colour they look really bad.Of course, it is expected for the leather to get a patina, especially for the brown one, but good leather does not end up looking dirty, which is this case.Hence, downgrade to 3 stars. :(

Easy to lose: falls out of pocket easily
I've used the Chelsea wallet/sleeve for about a year now. I've lost/misplaced it several times now, and I'm going to replace it with a better designed product. The product is quite pricey, but the design is fairly good, and seems robust so far. There's a neat elastic/retractable pull tab which stands out against the product's competitors. The wallet's pockets make sense too, and seem to work nicely in holding all the cards you'll bring in a minimalist carry - and even a few coins too, if needed. The wallet is the size of a pack of cards, if not a bit thinner. The front pocket (with the logo), which I was told would be a Tap & Go/contactless scan pocket was not.The clear upside of this is that every pocket seems to be well protected from criminal RFID technology. The downside is that you'll need to fumble in your wallet and take out the card to do contactless payments every time. The veg-tanned leather material seems okay so far, it has to be thin to save pocket space. However, I've noticed a scuff mark that somehow formed quite easily? I don't know how the material will hold up a few years down the line. All in all, 3/5. If you can find a wallet with all these qualities and a working contactless pocket, then pick that instead.
