Could be sturdier - updated review: it is great!!
I just received it so if I remember I will update the review once it is used. According to Stokke's FAQ the improvements "V2 to V3: (1) lighter and smoother packaging to reduce environmental footprint; (2) further improvements to the wheels and wheel structure, with more dampening, for an even smoother and more comfortable ride".Unfortunately, those changes seems to be a downgrade. It feels cheaply made and I'm afraid it will break easily. If we have to replace it due to its "reduced environmental footprint" (fragile) we will just generate more waste if they break, instead of using it with multiple kids. I wish all four wheels would swivel in all directions instead of only the front two.It is certainly a luxury item and if it breaks because it's cheaply made, they won't be getting a repeat purchase. So Stokke, it's best to generate repeat customers for quality instead of losing them.Update: it is a great little item and I’m glad I got it. Not sure how long I will be able to use as my 2 and half year old’s feet already touches the ground when riding it so if his feet slips it will stop the ride.Having some of the wheels not swivel enhances the safety. I can’t even imagine how it was to control it when all wheels would turn in every direction. The ride is super smooth.Last but not least, the material special when emptier is loud but it is not that cheap. My son has dragged this around my mother’s house, bashed it through doors and walls and yes something broke inside, obviously, but seems that it will take the beating graciously. I don’t regret buying it as it did help when he was sleeping but if your kid is a little taller it may not be used for too long. Will keep taking on our trips. Worth the money

Our son loves it!
I was hesitant to purchase this because I wasn’t sure it would be sturdy enough for our 5 year old who is big for his age. Turns out it is very durable and comfortable for him & he loves to use it just rolling around the house. He couldn’t wait to “carry” his own suitcase. It’s a good value for the money in my opinion. Size wise once you put all of the attachments in there there isn’t much extra space to actually pack things in, but it was enough to put a sweater, blankie, neck pillow and some snacks.

It was good, but didn't last.
We've been on seven trips with this kid's suitcase. At about trip 3, the fabric tabs on the lid pulled off. It's not a big deal as we could still open it. However, we were recently traveling, and the suitcase where the wheels attach cracked and the wheels broke through. My 3-year-old is 30 lbs. He used to pull it only and has only ridden on it for two vacations.I reached out to support but haven't heard back from them despite repeated inquiries. Disappointed all around. Not worth it. I'd suggest another brand of just going with a cheaper suitcase altogether. I saw lots of kids while traveling riding on the cheaper versions without the wheels breaking off.

Just buy it
This is definitely not a cost everyone can afford. As a penny pincher myself, I looked EVERY website or mom blog and of course, some reviews will freak you out but to be honest - I wanna cry everytime someone compliments on this when we travel. I traveled to Singapore with my 3 year old by myself and I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through anything without this. My son loves being pulled and the VERY fact that he can stretch his legs on the flight with this - GAMECHANGER. Worth every single penny. We have gotten prob about 35-50 people saying how nifty and amazing it is.

Awesome product but broke after 2 1/2 years
Pros: this product makes traveling so much easier with a toddler. We got it when my daughter was 2 and we have used it 5 international trips. She is 4 now and LOVES riding it through airport which makes getting through the airport so easy. Converting it to a bed is easy too and my daughter sleeps on it during red eyes. Truly love this product.Con: we are gentle with it and it broke after 2 years . It is broken to the point that we are throwing it out. It cracked in two areas near the wheels. We’ve never had luggage break before and are surprised it didn’t hold up after just a couple years. We love the product, but it is expensive for something that doesn’t last.

Cannot recommend enough !
These were a life saver on the long flight to Europe. They are sturdy enough to out things inside while rolling around the airport. The way they designed it so kids can sit and roll themselves or you can roll them around is great. They will fit in the overhead compartment if you don’t need them right away. There are multiple colors to choose from. Great for travel all around and design is top notch.

Wheel broke coming home on the 2nd trip
The media could not be loaded. Used on only 2 trips, one of the front swivel wheels broke coming home on the 2nd trip. We were heading toward TSA when the wheel broke causing the case to suddenly stop tipping over and dropping my child on the floor rather hard. Then had to hand carry the case, child and remaining gear the rest of the way to security and on to the gate. The case carries a two year warranty and still falls under that, so just started the "reclamation" process now with Stokke customer support. Though when we get our case we may not use it again as its not very functional. Not very efficient use of interior space, but understanding its limitations its not bad, just more cumbersome to use than is worth. Was mildly helpful on our first trip as it was 9-10 hours in the air each way and allowed our child to stretch out more toward the seat row in front of us rather than laying on us, but still did that anyway so again the case was more cumbersome than helpful. Kids did enjoy it while it lasted. Under ideal conditions I was able to push one child in the compact travel stroller, and use the long strap on the Jetkids case to pull the other along behind at the same time. At least that works on smooth airport floors or similar, but nowhere else.I would take a refund over a replacement if they offered it, but that's not likely an option.
