The product seems fine. It appears to have a side effect that it provides enough excess riboflavin(B2) to turn my urine to a mt.dew color - a simple amusement. Although the product is unflavord, the flavor is the vitimin compounds used. So, you will notice a bit of weird flavor. This is mild because the tablets have a light coating (likely to prevent oxidation). So a fresh tablet should be a broght orange-yellow color. I throw a couple of desiccant packets un the bottle to keep them fresh because 250 pills will last over a year for me. The main componant I am after is B6 (pyridoxine) to take prior to eating & help remove oxilate so it will not combine with calcium in my urine.
