Really good product for Mom
Great design and quality finish. Works well with two positions and two bar heights to grab for when down.

Great Product, exactly as described
Great product, well built and a professional finish. The screws provided were far too short to be considered "safe" if you plan on holding 75lbs or more. Longer screws sufficed, and are easily obtained, so was not THAT big of a deal.

A good grab bar that Works as Advertised.
Easy to install if you have bracing to fit. It is stainless steel and therefore hard to drill additional holes if needed. It works great for me and i would buy again.

Works as advertised but it could be better
We put one on both sides of toilet for my grandma. It works well and looks alright but I think the product could be improved. It pretty obvious no one installed or tested one before it production. Most annoyingly, you have to put the grab bar in the upright position in order to reach anything. meaning, if you want to reach across somewhere (to grab some t.p.) you have to put the grab bar in the upright position. My grandma struggled with this so we ended up getting a stand-alone toilet roll holder which is fine i guess but it's unsightly. It didn't come with mounting bolts, and when you've make a couple dozen trips to the hardware store already for a bathroom remodel, that extra trip for mounting hardware.Oil rubbed bronze would be more accurately described as metallic brown. I expect that if it's coated with powder coating versus paint there's not much to be done about that.Remedy the first two issues and it would be a 5 star product.

Use better drywall screws
I love the bar itself, I had my handyman put it in the exact position that I needed it and it stands quite a bit of weight to assist me in getting up from the toilet and getting into the shower. BUT the hardware they send to mount the bar needs upgrading. I don’t think the bar would hold as well if we had used the original hardware. If I were to fall, I would have a spinal cord injury, so it’s not worth the risk.
