Soundstream RN5.2000D Rubicon Nano 2000W Class D 5-Channel Amplifier

Love this amp, it's has been a while, probably since the early nineties, I used to have a pair if HiFonics amps that would put out maybe 200 watts RMS each and thy were heavy and massive, but this little guy is close to 1000 watts RMS and it does every thing, Im running a whole system with only this little amp and I don't even need a pre amp cross over because it's part of it. Sound quality it's loud and clean. Im running as mid highs, four Skar audio TX 68 and four SPX-1 Elite tweeters, and for the sub bass Im running one 15" Kicker CompR in a 4cuft ported enclosure tuned to 35Hz, I just can't be happier.

Have this running a 12” Kicker Comp RT @ 2ohms and 4 Kicker door speakers. All sound great!

I will be returning this amp. Very disappointed to discover that over half of the channels had bad grounding, and give alternator whine. Changing my initial review from 1 start to 4. After grounding the rca’s directly to the HU, the noise almost entirely went away. The 1 star that I left out may not directly be an issue of the amp, but is not worthy none the less. I could not optimize the gains on account of Apple car play. Siri, gps voices, text to voice are all so unbearably loud. Volume on all of those were set to the lowest available on my Alpine Halo HU. Therefore I can only tolerate the gains to be barely above 1/3rd of the way up.

I bought this amp last August and as others have said. The 5th(subwoofer)channel stop working. I called soundstream to only get the run around.

Great sounding little amp. Put this in the wife's honda. Very happy the the auto since turn on. Less wires to deal with. Paired with some polk db's and an eight inch bazooka tube. Sounds great. Very small footprint.

I bought this amp due to its many reviews and positive feedback from owners who had this amp for some time. Out of the box, it sounded great, powered my 4 speakers and a sub. The highs, mids, and lows sound really good once I let everything break in for some time. The sound was really crisp and clear no matter the volume. I really enjoyed this amp until 5 1/2 months later, I turned on my car one day and no sound came out. I also smelled burned electronics so I pulled the fuse to the amp. I contacted Amazon customer service who gave me the email to their warranty department who never responded back. Finally, three months later, I called them and was direct on how unsatisfied that I was with their customer service. The rep tried to help me just to find out that the company won't warranty the amp since it was purchased on Amazon. This is getting to the point where it's ridiculous. No use in buying things from Amazon if the warranty is voided. The rep then told me that they normally won't replace nor refund my money but due to what I went through, they gave me most of my money back for this one time. Kudos to the rep for helping me but I went elsewhere to buy another amp instead of Amazon.

Having used a lot of old school Soundstream back in the 90s, I figured I would give this a shot. Drives Kenwood reference components, stock rear fill, and two Kicker comp 12s with plenty of power. Very nice sound and a fairly low noise floor when gain is set properly. Almost as good as amps costing almost twice as much. Really impressed for the price.
