Not that easy to use and difficult to put back in the pouch

It's a beautiful umbrella. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is, because its so difficult to open and close.

Can't open it!
The umbrella looked fine when folded up, but the release button simply doesn't work. Obviously wasn't quality control checked after manufacture. Disappointing.It is being returned, as it's useless!
