I bought three of these pogo sticks for presents and they were of high quality. The kids are very rambunctious and these are holding up great. Non of them have broken yet. I am not sure about the age range though. I feel you should go by the weight because they are hard to push down if the child does not weight enough. One of my nephews (8i) had a little trouble and he doesn’t weight but 42 pounds. Other than that great fun product!

My kid LOVES it and it has held up well with daily use. The pattern is starting to come off where his feet and legs rub on it, but that doesn’t affect quality and I’d considered normal wear for the amount of use this things gets.

My 5 year old grandson likes it. He weighs 42 pounds and it is a little stiff and hard for him to use but I believe when it gets broke in, he will get hours of enjoyment out of it.

I have grandchildren children that range from 40-80 lbs. The two bigger ones got the hang of it pretty quickly. They went back to it several days in a row. My lightweight grandson had a hard time, but once I held him and helped him to get the rhythm of the bounce he was able to do it. It will take a bit more help until he is proficient. I can't wait to buy the next size up so I can play too.

My granddaughter loves this POGO. She is always hopping around.
